Abstract
Epic Foundation system has provided a MyChart tool called Care Journeys that creates a singular location/experience for the patient coming for surgery. It aggregates location instructions, medication instructions, PAT appointments, surgeon appointments, AVS documentation and future appointments related to the surgery like Physical Therapy. We are one of the first institutions to fully pursue this functionality. This presentation will present and discuss how we accomplished this workflow.
