2024 PERIOP Summit Sponsored Symposium Opportunities

The Perioperative Medicine Summit corporate symposia/ CME symposia opportunities allow participating exhibitors to maximize their visibility and impact at the Summit.

What’s Included:
• Standard A/V equipment including computer, projector, podium microphone, and projection screen
• Two full Summit registrations
• Acknowledgement of session in conference program and PERIOP Summit website
• One email blast advertising your session designed and sent by SPAQI (pending SPAQI approval)

What’s Not Included:
• Catering; Sponsor is responsible for food and beverage costs (to be ordered through SPAQI)
• Additional AV/set-up charges will be the responsibility of the sponsor
• Pre-registration organization

SUMMIT MOBILE APP SPONSORSHIP
Price: $10,000
Deadline: February 13, 2024
The web-based app promotes connections between attendees with great features, including real time interactions with each session, full conference agenda, abstracts and session note taking. A statement of gratitude for your generous support included every time somene accesses the app and it will make you stand out from the crowd as a tech-savvy company. This will be the “go-to” tool for all the attendees. Limit 1 sponsor.

CONFERENCE LANYARDS
Price: $3,500
Deadline: February 13, 2024
Increase your exposure with your company’s name/logo on the lanyards. The lanyards will be distributed to all meeting attendees and will be utilized throughout the meeting and beyond. Limit 1 sponsor.

COFFEE BREAK
Price: $5,000 (per coffee break)
Deadline: February 13, 2024
Morning/Afternoon breaks will be near the exhibit tables to promote traffic. These provide a high visibility and much valued exhibit opportunity. You and attendees can recharge and enjoy refreshments and continue to connect. It’s the perfect time for you to close sales, confirm qualified leads, and exchange business cards is a setting where your products and services are highlighted. Sponsorship includes signage during the break and acknowledgement in the program.

DIGITAL BILLBOARD
Price: $1,500 (per day)
Display your custom digital advertisement on a 50” TV in a high traffic area located outside of the main session room. Ads will be displayed from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and will change daily. Limited number of ads available. Limit 1 per company.
